Apex is a therapy room located in the heart of Saffron Walden, set up by Sam!

Sam has been training people for over 16 years.
​​Our Personal Training is strictly mobile, meaning we will come to your home with all the kit and the knowledge. You may even want to book a Sports massage on at the end?
We will work together to achieve your goals with the knowledge Sam has picked up from over 16 years of training people.

Saturday: 9am to 4pm
